Be aware that if your app is streaming audio to the device when it is
detached, your app will crash in the HAL's IOProc thread. The notification
is delivered after the crash, so it is not so good. This did not happen in
10.1 and 10.2.x where x < some number I don't remember. Apple is aware of
this, but it is a complicated problem...
