Every few weeks, the "separate AU/GUI" thread comes back to this list,
but I still have the same question :
I have probably missed something basic here but how are you supposed to
create an AUView for a AU which is not is the same address space ?
Are we talking about standard component mechanisms here or about having
a special "stub" AU that deals with the communication with another host
?
Is there an "GetAReferenceForThisOpenedComponent(computerAddress,
processId, componentDesc, instanceNumber,...)" API ?
How notifications are supposed to magically work between two separate
processes ?
Just curious...
