Can I take this to mean that it doesn't support any n-to-m
components? It appears that Final Cut Pro does not. If Logic Audio
doesn't support it, what apps do?

mono-to-stereo is n-to-m. These are just the only track configurations
that Logic supports...

Right, sorry for the confusion. I'm specifically looking to be able to take between 3 and 7 inputs and output to stereo, and vice-versa. Do you know if Logic's "built-in" API allows this?
