Has anyone had any luck catching window closure events in an AU?
I notice AUCarbonViewBase registers a desire to get window closure events,
but it doesn't seem to receive them in Logic.
I wonder whether it's a good idea for an AUCarbonView to install a
window closure event... after all, what you probably are interested
in, is whether the view is closed or hidden or collapsed or whatever.
This may happen even if the window doesn't close - for instance,
think of an inspector-type of window...
