Hi all,

Just to throw a fresh (or perhaps ancient!) view on this, perhaps it
should be called AudioUnitRestart, since it sounds like it should only
affect (or restart) the playing, and not the entire AU. To my mind,
"reset" always puts you back into a known, defined state, clearing any
prior settings.
