Well, AU has Initialize and Unitialize. That's a big step forward, I
think.
Yes, -except- that it needs to be clearly defined what info.
needs to be
made available to the host after the constructor and before Initialize.
Unless that is defined, some plugs have to do a lot of the work in the
constructor anyway just so that they can have whatever info.
available that
*might* be required.
I second this.
As I write specs for our company, I found that well-defined
transitional states is the best way to simply achieve
consistency of an object when writing code.
