Cocoa and VST

Hello,

I'm quite new in the world of plug-ins. I have currently an application written in Cocoa to do audio analysis. The problem is that I want to be able to read and execute VST plug-ins. I don't know AU at all, but does anyone know how to call VST plug-ins from a Cocoa application ?
