Cyril,
The Selected Audio Device's capabilities are represented in the Input
and Output channel tables in AMS. Device drivers that don't support
changing of volume/mute/playthru for each channel will have those
controls disabled. You will still see control strips for each of the
input and output channels in the device (which is what you're seeing.)
