Going into your PB project's Settings -> Expert View and adding:
Name: GENERATE_PKGINFO_FILE
Value: YES
will force PB to generate the PkgInfo file. But that won't make any
difference regarding being recognized, double listings, etc., only the way
Finder shows it, *if* no app is claiming the .component bundle extension.
