Just to add to that: that is, if you have installed the CoreAudio SDK.
The latest (April 2003, I think) is available from
http://connect.apple.com/
And then after installing that, you will want to go to the CA Swiki, as
Urs, said, if nothing else than to look at the list of issues with the
April SDK and patch your sources. :)
