Yes - other destinations will become destinations for you as well. You
shouldn't have to actually create anything here - just scan for the
available destinations and choose one.

Sure - because it is looking for sources. You could alternatively (if
Reaktor isn't creating a destination for itself) use the IAC bus==0 and
send to that (and have reaktor listen to that)
