Point of clarification: by "unexpected" I meant *I* didn't expect it. The
program expected it in the sense that the program caught the exception. I
just didn't notice the log messages for some reason. This isn't a case of
C++ killing the MIDI server by calling unexpected/exit because of an
uncaught exception.
