AudioFileTools in CoreAudo SDK 1.3.3

Hello,

I've been using afrecord but it doesn't record anything recently,
probably after I upgraded to Mac OS X 10.3.7.

So I downloaded CoreAudio SDK 1.3.3 to rebuild AudioFileTools with new framework and source.
However now it does not compile since AudioToolbox/ExtendedAudioFile.h is not found in PublicUtility/AudioFile-new/CAAudioFile.h.
Preprocessor directives implies Tiger.
#if MAC_OS_X_VERSION_MAX_ALLOWED < MAC_OS_X_VERSION_10_4

Does CoreAudio SDK 1.3.3 require Tiger?

Any suggestions to fix the compilation of AudioFileTools?

I'm new to this list and don't know much about CoreAudio.
