My understanding of Garageband is that you cannot access it like a multitimbral device as it is a shot app. there was a some discussion on the digidesign thread as to linking it through rewire and Garageband (like Logic) is a rewire Host so it is not possible. i could be wrong and if so someone please point it out. it would be nice if you could do this with Garageband though.
