Hi,

it may help you to have a look at the source I've put up on my site:
www.expertsleepers.co.uk

See if there's something I'm doing that you're not...

cheers,
os.

Dearest List,

My attempts at making an audiounit seem to be progressing, but still without
actually working. My unit now compiles, but it does not show up in any
audiounit host. Did I miss something? It seems that if it compiles it should
show up even if my DSP is completely wrong (which it is :)). What are the
magic words to make my audiounit actually be recognized by the system? (I have
tried putting it in both /Library/Audio/Plugins/Components/ and the
~/Library... one)

Anyhow, if any of you have any extra time and want a laugh please take a gander
at my code:
http://coltrane.music.mcgill.ca/~rfergu/au/sloth.tgz

I'm aware that the code says "flanger", but uhh, ignore the dsp :) I haven't
implemented the LFO yet or fixed the circular buffer so its sorta a comb
filter.. kinda or something. I plan on fixing it once I can get a general
"template" working.

Kind Regards,
Lazy Code Ninja Rob
