3DMixer 2.0

Hello,

Where can I get 3DMixer Audio Unit version 2.0?

I am getting errors while trying to build the al_osx project from
OpenAL CVS.

I'm missing the function MixerDistanceParams and I suspect that problem
would be solved if I had 3DMixer v2.0.

The al_osx readme tells me I need CoreAudio.component version 1.3.2,
however the latest CoreAudio image on Apple Dev Connection is v1.3.1.

Please help.
