More Bundle questions

Correct me if I'm wrong:

If I create a new project by choosing the "Carbon Bundle", I will finally build CFBundle type app. I can write it in C++, and it can unload.
New project choosing the "CFPlugIn Bundle", I will build a CFPlugin. In C++, and it can unload.
Choosing "Cocoa Bundle", I will build an NSBundle. Objective-C, can't unload.

Yeah I'm just starting to know how it all works in the big world of OSX, and the whole thing about bundles is quite confusing, because I can't find any link in the documentation to the types you can choose in XCode.

I hope anyone can give an easy answer to this problem...
