Waves and Applied Acoustics AU view issues with Rax

Waves UIs seem to not be loading their background graphics.

And what's up with the Tassman and Lounge Lizard UIs? When I create a window for them in Rax and then close the window - the UI sticks around! It's like they're creating their own window for it or something! Or the view refuses to be ordered out?

Any suggestions?
