Um... rather than go into detail about this, this is in an older
version of the AudioFilePlaying code that has since been superseded by
the NewAudioFile code in the latest SDK... if you are using this as
part of some of the examples in the SDK then it can just be ignored.
If you are using this to include some file playing code in your app,
then our advise is to look through the new file playing code instead of
this
