I'm having trouble getting my MusicDevice plug-ins through AUValidation.
All is well apart from the render tests:
RENDER TESTS:
Output Format: AudioStreamBasicDescription: 2 ch, 44100 Hz, 'lpcm'
(0x0000002B) 32-bit big-endian float, deinterleaved
Render Test at 512 frames
Render Test at 64
ERROR: The Silent Flag is set, but the AU is NOT outputting silence
I'm mystified by how I can be failing the test at 64 frames but not at
512. The code just loops over the requested samples and writies zeros
if there are no notes sounding.
Anyone experienced anything like this?
