AUVarispeed Question

If I want to use the AUVarispeed AudioUnit in conjunction with a Stereo
Mixer, do I need to create a separate AUVarispeed for each mixer input?
It seems as though my graph is going to get pretty big. Will this
matter for performance?

Also, is it easy to get the 3D mixer to perform like the Stereo Mixer?
Would I be better off using the 3D mixer since it includes resampling
ability?

I just need a stereo mixer with resampling capability. Performance is
my only concern.
