I have a feeling the following properties would be useful for my current
project, but the documentation on them is sparse.

kAudioDevicePropertyChannelNominalLineLevel
kAudioDevicePropertyChannelNominalLineLevels
kAudioDevicePropertyChannelNominalLineLevelNameForID

The comments refer to something called a "nominal line level item ID", but I
can't see how to make use of such an ID.
