nsmovieview controller and mp3 file

I try to open child window into application with a nsmovieview into to play
a mp3 file.
But when this window open for this first time, quicktime
controller stay
grayed and disbabled.
The next time, when i close and
reopen window, the controller appear
enabled?!
Can you help
me?
