.tfx presets -> AU presets?

Hi all,

does anyone know if there's a utility or method for taking .tfx preset files and generating .AUPreset files from them? We've got a boatload of factory presets that we use (in ProTools, VST and MAS versions of our software), but our new Audio Units versions won't recognize them. If there's a utility available (or a host that will read one and write the other), that would save us many hours of manually tweaking controls and saving presets for our Audio Units.
