Hiya Kieran,

If we change the bus count in our AUs, is it possible that stereo plugs will appear as Mono in some hosts? Or do all hosts use the coreaudio api 100% and therefore it shouldn't be an issue?!

My plugs have been reporting 1 output bus for almost 2 years now - without causing any problems ( it took roughly 4 months until I noticed ;-) . So I can say for sure, it's no problem to report correct bus count with any host out there.

Cheers,

;) Urs
