In the header file...
Basically, GetCPULoad returns a massaged average of the usage of the graph's
rendering since the last time you called it.
GetMaxCPULoad returns the maximum measurement that was taken since the last
time you called it.
Both calls return a float in the 0 to 1 range - where 0 is no load, 1 is
100% load (i.e. A rendering cycle took as long as the duration it was
rendering)...
