Title: AUGUI : using TTransparentEditText
hello
i am sorry if this is slightly off-topic, but several people on this list are
probably using the very handy AUGUI sdk .
i have inserted a custom control in my nib and gave it a control kind of
'edittext' and set its id to 1003 (with a slider controlling the same AU
param set to 3)
when i drag the slider, the text is correctly updated, but i don't seem to be
able to enter any text in the control. I have tried to put a breakpoint in
TTransparentEditText::TextInput( ) but it is never hit.
On the other hand, inserting a 'normal' apple edit control works (updating
edit control updates values, and the opposite works too) but i dont think
i can change the classic edit control background value so i want to use the
custom augui text control instead.
(btw I am using AudioUnitHosting).
Is there something i should do to enable text input in the
TTransparentEditText ? Maybe setting a property ?
Thanks
Benjamin
