As I compared the AudioUnitProperties.h (in which the error occurred),
I indeed noticed that the header of Jaguar and Tiger differed with
Panther (yes I run three systems). In the Panther header there was a
reference to the MacOSX API, that wasn't in the others.
There's one thing though, how do I de-install the XCode Tools?
If your Xcode installed version is 1.5, then in a terminal window type
in:
sudo perl /Developer/Tools/uninstall-devtools.pl
After that I bet it works indeed, thank you!
I wish you so :))
Kind regards

What I had to do to make it work is:
1- de-install Xcode 1.5
2- re-install Xcode 1.2
3- custom install Xcode 1.5 with the option MacOS X SDK unchecked
4- install QT 6.5.2
5- install SDK 1.3.4
