And it works!

I totally agree with Richard Dobson (for as far as I understand his email, I'm not that good in English... but nevertheless thanks for the reply) that the overlap should not exist.

What I did now to achieve result:
1. Install XCode Tools 1.5 (standard installation, with OSX SDK, otherwise my Carbon.h disappeared, which almost knocked me off my chair)
This causes some files in the AudioUnit.framework to change (they result in the "HostCallbackInfo" struct error)
2. Install QuickTime (to restore this last change)
3. Install CoreAudio SDK 1.3.4


Anyhow, it works. But it costed me about 8 hours trying all different combinations of installations. Apple should really do something about this.

Marc is right saying it isn't necessary to de-/re- install the dev-tools. It's just that you need the OSX SDK for the carbon stuff (and probably more), and after that, QuickTime to have the right AU framework. If you then install the OSX SDK, it undoes this AU framework change.
