Dear,

My question is probably stupid, but I want to know how to compile as .component

When you compile, by default I obtain an executable app. How to get a .component ? It should be around creating a new targe but...

The simplest way is probably to create an AudioUnit project using the AudioUnit Xcode project template. I don't know if it comes bundled with the latest CoreAudio SDK (1.3.4). Anyway, you can download it from the Apple dev web site:

http://developer.apple.com/samplecode/AudioUnitEffectTemplates/ AudioUnitEffectTemplates.html

Once you have installed this template, Xcode will give you the possibility to create a project ready to use to build an AU.

Thanks you in advance !
