No, Simply repeating every sixth frame would indeed be very obvious. Thats
why all prefessional 24p-60i use a 3:2 pulldown process.
That means every second frame is repeated for 1/2 a frame (1 field), which
is still obvious to the viewer (as a slight studder on fast moving
ogjects)
