DFX AU Utilities library update

Hello. I have a new update of my DFX AU Utilities library available now. It is updated to reflect the changes recommended by Apple with respect to matching AU settings data based only upon the sub-type and manufacturer codes (ignoring the type code). The implementation of AUBase::RestoreBase() has been changed in the CoreAudio SDK 1.4.2 to reflect this, and now I've updated my library as well. This affects the behavior of CFTreeCreateFromAUPresetFilesInDomain() and CustomRestoreAUPresetFile() (for those of you using those functions). It also adds 2 new functions for doing the comparisons ignoring type codes.

As always, it can be found here:
    http://destroyfx.org/dfx-au-utilities.html
and more specific release notes are included at the bottom.
