We don't have anything that works at the device level (that is, it acts as a virtual device in the HAL), but we do have AUNetSend and AUNetReceive (hope I got the names right). AUNetSend allows you to tap a graph at any point and send it to an AUNetReceive on some other machine.

I'm requesting some advice on the best way to do something that I know can be done with MACs.
I want to have audio playing (via iTunes or DVD Player) from MAC A, but stream it (lossless) out the ethernet port (I think I would need an Audio Network Driver ???) to another MAC B. On MAC B, I would also like to basically select the "Streaming Network Sound Device" and process that sound data (using the AUHAL).

Is there MAC example code out there that would let me do this easily?
I looked into the Quicktime Kit, which is a "pull" model instead of a "push", which I need.
