Hi all,

I think that I've caught the bug that caused a lock in MIDIClientCreate. As I suspected, it's a bug in the EZ-USB controller firmware. When the IN endpoint is filled with a MIDI message, we were acting on interrupts control bits in such a way that the Endpoint 0 interrupt enable bit was reset, leading to some USB requests not being serviced anymore.

I want to thank warmly people on this list for the help they gave me.
