bandwidth ratio and Q are reciprocals of each other.

A 100 Hz wide band at 1000 Hz is a bandwidth ratio of 1/10 and a Q of 10/1.

Maybe I am just blind but I swear I can't find a nice conversion formula to go from Q to Bandwidth and Bandwidth to Q. Am I using the correct terminology? I've Googled and looked in various books but draw a blank.
