Wait for the EOX (0xf7) byte.

Dear list!

In my app I send a sysex request to a device from a second thread. When I
receive a byte from myReadproc I increase a counter by 1.

In my second thread I keep track of the counter and waits (sleep) for it to
reach the dump size before the flow continues. The question is. Can I wait
for a sysex dump to finish in some other way then incrementing a counter
and keep track of it's value?

Best regards Peter
