touching non-current MIDI setups

  • Subject: touching non-current MIDI setups

Our MIDI drivers come with uninstallers. Among other things, these
uninstallers surgically remove our devices from the MIDI setup using the
usual CoreMIDI APIs. Recently, the system was enhanced to support multiple
setups, and the usual APIs access only the current setup. I'm concerned that
there may be devices lurking in non-current setups which we cannot remove.
Has anybody discovered a way to touch the other setups?

P.S. Yes, I know everybody's at or traveling to NAMM today. I'll be there
tomorrow. :-)
