Carbon window compositing

  • Subject: Carbon window compositing

In a procedurally built AU Carbon view, is there a way to set (AUCarbonViewBase::)mCarbonWindow up for compositing? If so, how? It appears to me that this has to be done at the time of the window's instantiation, which looks like it is handled at the Component Manager level, correct? Is there a way to hook in there? Or can compositing only be done using a nib-based view?

Direct help or pointers on where to RTFM both welcome. :-)

Thanks,
Bill
