Describing a compressed audio bitrate to ASBD

Working on an "Export" routine for my app, and using an AudioConvertor paired with the AudioFile APIs.

In creating the AudioStreamBasicDescription for the output, I can figure out how to fill in some of the flagged fields by using AudioFormatGetProperty(kAudioFormatProperty_FormatInfo...

...but how would I go about describing to it a 160kbps bitrate, for example? What field does that belong to, and what's the math behind it?
