Logic should handle the offline property properly starting with version 7.0.1 - if it doesn't work as expected, please let me know.

As for GarageBand, that's supposed to work starting with version 2.0 - again please file reports if you find this not to be the case.

Neither Logic nor GB use the render quality property.
