Well, it's either still failing some test or your device is failing to make itself available in the device list when the HAL is updating the default device state initially. Is there anything unusual about the life cycle of your devices?

Hi,

I finally found the file that contains the audio default preferences : a "hidden" .GlobalPreferences.000a95b0afd4.plist file.....

My device UID is correctly saved in this file when the device is selected as default. So the problem is when the HAL is trying to restore this state. Any idea of what to do now?

Thanks
