Once more: How to modify TEMPO

  • Subject: Once more: How to modify TEMPO

I've building a music player, and I would like to implement an AudioUnit to modify master tempo.
I know I can repeat or multiply packets in order to have a low quality but working tempo.
Is there any project (free) or tutorial on how to do this?
Is it easy?
How should I start?

I've checking the examples on audiounits, but I don't know how to modify the ammount of packets on each cycle.

Thanks
