Thanks, It worked (I forget to check MIDISetup.h)...
But now I have another question: How can enable "IAC Driver" if it is
off-line (without the online check box in Audio Midi Setup)?

see <CoreMIDI/MIDISetup.h>
You can edit the system setup manually, and AMS will see the
changes. Ask me if you need some advanced editing options.
