Error -1501 after playing system sound

Hello,

When playing a system sound as success sound I often get a -1501 error (client time out), especially after long and heavy processing.

This must be returned by SystemSoundSetCompletionRoutine but I don't see how my application can react slowly to this. Can anyone offer an explanation?
