Please file a bug report: http://bugreporter.apple.com and include code to reproduce the problem if possible.

We would strongly discourage any developer from believing that posting a crash log to an email list is sufficient - it is too easily lost or overlooked and invariably doesn't contain sufficient information. So, if you really do care about a crash, file a bug!

Dear Bill,

I learned my lesson last time! Filed the bug today with sample code to illustrate the problem.

But I was just hoping for some insight about this problem from the community.
