The 64 bit support in Tiger is limited, you can't call coreAudio
API's from a 64-bit app in Tiger.
The applications you can build are purely Unix apps (cmd line tools/
daemons)
At least that's what I understood from the info available online and
the new info about Leopard.

Dear all,
I just installed XCode 2.4 and in the readme I see that now it is
possible to compile a four-architecture UB, that is 32/64 bit PPC
plus 32/64 bit x86. However, I do not see any options for this,
after cleaning and rebuilding I also do not notice any size changes
of the final component. Could you guys please shed some light on
how this works? Thanks a lot!
Artemiy.
