Hi,
I would like to set the current frame of AUFileplayer on a per buffer basis,
e.g. to skip every second buffer. in order to accurately set the current
frame so that in the next render cycle the buffer at the specified
framecount is rendered I am trying to do this on the render thread. I tried
different combinations (calling the according audiounitsetproperty function
in a pre or post render notifcation, on the FilePLayer au or on the graph).
but as soon as I try to set the framecount to whatever value on the render
thread, no sound's coming out. so am I doing something wrong trying to set
this property on the render thread or are there any alternatives in order to
set the current frame on per buffer basis ?
hope somebody can help.
Thanks,
Thomas
