Hi,
I am trying to find out what AUAudioFilePlayer 's internal buffer
size in frames is?
The current implementaton has 3 32K buffers as well as 4 8K buffers
(only used for reads small enough to fit).
I read in the docs that
kAudioUnitProperty_ScheduledFileBufferSizeFrames &
kAudioUnitProperty_ScheduledFileNumberBuffers are not implemented.
So I take it that I can't change the size of this buffer, would I
need to use AUScheduledSoundPlayer instead?
Is the problem that the number and size of buffers isn't enough for
your application to work properly (i.e. buffers are being dropped),
or something else?
