Try passing a full path to the file (xcode has some problems in
passing through abreviated path names (and a relative path from xcode
is NOT from your home directory). The sample code may not deal
correctly with a relative path either - some of our code does, some
doesn't.

Hi,
I'm quite new to both xcode and core audio. So far i have been
unable to get either sample code for playfile or afplay to
successfully play a short stereo aif file.
With playfile, I get the following debugger error message:
mi_cmd_stack_list_frames: Not enough frames in stack.
With afplay, it just exits with status 1.
In both cases I'm passing the argument desktop/Equinox.aif which is
a stereo file on my desktop about 1.2 mb in size.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
Rob
