I'm not from Apple either and IANAL, but I can tell you with certainty about
registered trademarks.  If "Sculpture" (or something similar, even with a
different spelling) is trademarked in the field/domain of computer software,
then you're basically at the mercy of of the trademark holder (in terms of
them seeking an injunction and/or damages).  If you plan to sell a product
(for real money) and thing it may grow beyond little leagues, you have to
pick a non-trademarked name.  Otherwise, you'll be in a poor position when
that C&D arrives in your inbox (should your product become more well-known).
